Christmas returns policy

 

Items purchased as gifts and dispatched between 6th November and 31st December can be returned for exchange or refund any time before midnight on 12th January.

 

Usually, we ask you to return any items within 14 days. At Christmas, we know that's not always possible as items are bought in advance and given as gifts at Christmas time. So if you're ordering items now for Christmas presents, you may return them up to 12th January 2018, as long as they have not been worn or used, and have the original labels attached.

 


If you are not completely satisfied with an item purchased from Bareback Equestrain you should return it to us within 14 days of receipt of items for an exchange or a refund. You must submit your returns form to us within 7 days from receipt of item. Buyer pays return cost.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags in place, footwear must be returned in original box /packaging (Please do not put tape on the box or writing).

 

To complete your return you must fill out a Return Merchandise Authorization form, found at the bottom of the page under the customer services section or from your account page. The resulting Return ID number must be displayed on or included in the returned product's packaging; no returns are accepted without this number.

 

To complete a return simply follow the steps below.

 

STEP 1.  Fill out and submit the online returns form here – Return Merchandise Authorization form

  • If the order you are returning contains more than 1 item, multiple items can be entered on to 1 returns form.
  • Please use the comments section on the form to specify if you are returning an item for an exchange or refund.

STEP 2. Wait to receive a returns ID number via the email address you entered (please check your spam/junk folder as these emails can sometimes get caught by spam filters, allow 24 hours before contacting us if you haven't received a ID number)

STEP 3. Once you have received a Return ID number post items back to us, buyer pays return postage. Please include your Return ID number in the package.

Return Statuses

Awaiting Return Products - We are waiting for the item to be returned to us.

Products Received - We have received the item back.

Complete - We have initiated a refund or exchange.

Replacement Sent - We have sent a replacement if an exchange was requested.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Items returned after the allotted time period.
  • Items returned in a poor/used condition (diminished value)
  • Damaged original packaging (footwear)

 

 

RETURNING FOOTWEAR & HYGIENE REGULATIONS

Due to the Health and Safety regulations and the hygienic problems involved with the inspection of Footwear, we are unable to handle and inspect any item unless it is clean and dry (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974). When returning footwear please make sure they are clean and dry.

 

 

RETURNING ITEMS

  • Original postage charges are not refundable except for cancellations.
  • We will reimburse postage for defective or incorrect items (sent by ourselves).
  • Bareback Equestrian WILL NOT ( except if goods are faulty) cover postage costs for returned item by the customer but will cover the postage for an exchange.
  • Bareback Equestrian recommend you use a trackable insured service for returning items, the goods are your responsibility until our safe receipt of them.
  • Your replacement order will be sent to you FREE OF CHARGE via standard delivery.
  •  A full refund to the value of the items purchased within 14 days of receipt by customer. Regretably this does not include any postage incurred by the customer.
  • ALL SALE items from our Trade Stands will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • To complete a return of an item from one of our trade stands we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS/EXCHANGES (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then check to see if you have received an email from us notifying you that a refund/exchange has been processed. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
